While not really finding anything similar to what I see in your website - which is unfortunate since my parents' power will be shut tomorrow, unable to come up with full deposit which was required two weeks ago - I decided to write to you to congratulate all the staff who contributed with such clarity to designing this website. And of course congratulate all involved in providing what appears to be great help to those in need. I suppose there must be more than one energy company in your state, while there's only one here in Florida, and from your site I can see the protection laws preventing utility companies from shutting service to people in special situations.
