Paratransit and Elder Van Service

The ADA Paratransit Service is for people who cannot ride the regular fixed route buses on their own because of a disability. You must apply and be approved for this paratransit service. Once approved, you may use the service as often as you like for trips within your transit authority service area.
This service provides demand/response van transportation to Massachusetts seniors, age 60 and older. Seniors who register for the program may request van rides for medical appointments and other trips.
