Job Programs for Youth
These job programs help teen and young adult Massachusetts residents find and keep jobs. Each of these programs has its own eligibility requirements, benefits, and application process.

Job Corps is a free federal career technical training and education program for income-eligible young adults age 16 through 24. The goal of Job Corps is to teach job and social skills to disadvantaged young adults to help them get control of their lives, find good-paying jobs, and become independent.
YouthBuild is an education, job training, housing, and community service program for low-income at-risk youth ages 16 through 24. The program helps students get their high school diploma or GED while also learning carpentry and other construction skills. YouthBuild students help their communities by building and rehabilitating housing for homeless and low-income residents.
YouthWorks is a state-funded summer and year-round job program for Massachusetts youths who are between 14 and 21 years old. The program targets youths who have been involved in the courts or are otherwise at risk.
