18-65 accounts are free personal checking and savings accounts for minors under 19 and seniors 65 or older. With 18-65 accounts, there are no fees for standard banking services and no minimum balance.
Basic Banking is a low-cost banking program to encourage Massachusetts residents to open bank accounts and use banking services. Basic Banking programs have low monthly account fees to help meet the needs of people with limited incomes.
