HIV Case Management Services

What are HIV case management services?
HIV case management services help HIV-positive Massachusetts residents find primary medical care, peer support, nutrition services, mental health services, substance use services, legal assistance, and other needed services. Case managers also help clients access those services by providing assistance with transportation and child care.
Am I eligible?
You are eligible for HIV case management services if you are HIV-positive and live in Massachusetts. You must have proof of your HIV status.
How do I apply?
You can get free HIV/AIDS case management services at agencies located in cities and towns throughout Massachusetts. To apply for services, call the agency to set up an appointment.
