What are HIV/AIDS legal services?

Legal services help HIV-positive residents handle legal matters related to their HIV status. Legal services include legal advice and representation for civil legal matters such as wills, powers of attorney, bankruptcy proceedings, access to public benefits, discrimination, breach of confidentiality, and custody options for legal dependents.


Am I eligible?

You are eligible for HIV-related legal services if you are HIV-positive and live in Massachusetts.


How do I apply?

You can apply for HIV-related legal services by calling any of the following agencies:
