Subscriptions
The metered paywall used on the MassResources.org web site allows site visitors to view a set number of pages for free, but requires service providers and others who need unlimited access to the site for their work to purchase a subscription. Subscribers can access their account information at any time by logging in with their username and password.

Subscriber Agreement and Privacy Policy

The Subscriber Agreement outlines our policies regarding paid subscriptions, including appropriate use of a subscription, transfer of a subscription, payments, cancellations and refunds, and the auto-renew option. The Subscriber Privacy Policy identifies the type of information we gather from subscribers, how we use it, with whom we might share it, and the means by which we keep it secure.

Paywall Message

This is a message from the President of Community Resources Information, Inc. to service providers in the state of Massachusetts regarding the new paywall in effect for MassResources.org.

Explanation of Paywall

Our metered paywall system allows site visitors to view a set number of pages for free. The paywall does not affect most people who use the site to find information for themselves, a family member, or a friend, but does affect high frequency users who visit the site on a regular basis. Service providers and other professionals who use the site extensively in the course of their work must purchase a subscription to get unlimited access to the site's content and eligibility tools.
